					<description>I've read this many times before as an email forward.  There is a basic flaw with this "story".  No bank in North America ask for the "security" for $ 5000 loan.  It's based on the credit score.  If your credit score is good (which I assue it should be as the Indian person is multi millionaire), you will get the loan without the security.</description>
