But abt the planning i dont know! but straight roads rnt the best way to go arnd! Coz city doesnt develop on rectangular plane, but on a circular plane. so, it might b good for a small city, but not for a big one!

Gandhinagar is a dead city. Only politicians and goverment employes would like to live there.
